Issue Summary
KB Articles from the Confluence space linked from another site are failing to load when setting up Topics in a JSM Portal (Cross site linking) - Link and unlink Confluence spaces on a different site
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a JSM portal in a sandbox environment
- Connect the JSM project to another Confluence site within the same org to set up knowledge-base.
- Navigate to the JSM portal and create Topics
- Select a Portal to connect to.
- "Knowledge base articles" shows 0 even though there are articles associated to the portal
- Searching the articles in Help Center search does show those articles from the connected Confluence site.
Expected Results
"Knowledge base articles" shows the number of articles in the linked Confluence site.
Actual Results
"Knowledge base articles" shows 0 articles.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
