Current State:
Currently the Knowledgebase endpoint of the Jira Service Management REST API only offers a method to Get existing articles.
Proposed Future State:
We also need endpoints to be able to Create, Edit and Delete KnowledgeBase articles and increase the functionality. This could be particularly useful when migrating Knowledge Bases from other products.
