Current State:
Currently, the Standard Flow: Auto-Close includes a built-in "Resume Conversation" feature that allows the bot to handle follow-up interactions effectively. However, this functionality is not available for manually created intents.
Proposed Future State:
We are requesting the ability to implement a "Resume Conversation" feature in manually created intents within the Virtual Service Agent (VSA). This functionality would mimic the behaviour of the Standard Flow: Auto-Close, allowing the bot to seamlessly resume conversations when users indicate they have additional questions or require further assistance.
Proposed Solution:
Introduce a "Resume Conversation" feature that can be applied to manually created intents.
