Issue Summary
The "ask for feedback" message that should appear after the CSAT rating is selected in the virtual service agent does not show up in the customer portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Test page for VSA or chat with the VSA in the customer portal
- begin a conversation, select yes to an intent, and select yes when the bot asks "does this resolve your issue?"
- rate your support - any rating will do
- the bot accepts the CSAT rating and closes the thread without asking for additional feedback
Expected Results
It is expected that the bot will send the message "If you have any additional feedback to share, please post it here 🙂". This works in Slack as expected.
