Issue Summary
The field locks up when attempted to specify the reporter in the 'Raise this request on behalf of' field in the customer portal, affecting the ability to submit requests.
The customer reported that JSM agents occasionally face difficulties in selecting the reporter in the 'Raise this request on behalf of' field within the customer portal. The issue is intermittent and can be reproduced under certain conditions, particularly when the page is not fully loaded and you try to access the field as soon as landing on that page.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the JSM customer portal.
2. Select any request type.
3. Attempt to use the 'Raise this request on behalf of' field immediately after the page loads.
4. Observe if the field is responsive or if it leads to a non-responsive state and review the network traffic in dev tools.
Expected Results
The user should be able to access the 'Raise this request on behalf of' field without the field getting locked up
Actual Results
The 'Raise this request on behalf of' field gets locked up intermittently.
Workaround
The user is able to refresh the page or click out of the field and then use the 'Raise this request on behalf of' field to proceed. But this was not accepted by the customer as it adds a lot of time for their Helpdesk agents
