Playbook Automation fails when delay is used

XMLWordPrintable

      Issue Summary

Using an automation rule inside a playbook fails when a delay action is used or when a Send Web Request action with the option "Delay execution of subsequent rule actions until we've received a response for this web request" is enabled.

The action "Log output to playbook" fails with the message "We're unable to find a playbook to run this action."

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Playbook
      2. Create a manual trigger automation rule
      3. Add a "Send Web Request" action and mark the option "Delay execution of subsequent rule actions until we've received a response for this web request"
      4. Or add a Delay action
      5. Add an action "Log output to playbook"
      6. Execute the automation rule from the Playbook

      Expected Results

      The automation executes properly.

      Actual Results

The action "Log output to playbook" fails with the message "We're unable to find a playbook to run this action."

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
