internal comments visible on customer portal (Help Center)
Currently, agents cannot see internal comments in the customer portal view of the ticket. Only users with access to the internal view of the Jira ticket can see both internal and external comments.

Allow agents to view internal comments directly in the request view of the ticket.

Issue Summary
Internal comments are not shown on the portal view of the issue. The customer wants to see these comments to approve or reject the request without accessing the issue view.
