Issue Summary
The AI agent used for the main help center search (please note that this does NOT refer to the AI agents within a specific project, as those use the correct language) always replies in English even when the site's default language is set to another language.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Settings >> Products >> Configuration under Jira Service Management >> View all help centers >> on a help center, select settings >> virtual service agent >> toggle on the virtual service agent
- Go to Settings >> System >> General config, and change the default language to one other than English
- Go to profile >> edit and change your user language to a language other than English (same one set in the general config)
- Open the help center where you just toggled the AI agent on
- From the search bar in that help center, type a question in the same language your site is set to use
Expected Results
The AI agent will reply in your site's default language, which is not English (it is the same language you asked your question in and the same language your user profile is set to)
Actual Results
The AI agent always replies in English
