Issue Summary

Looks like a bug introduced with asset re-arc migration where Assets import with tab delimiter (\t) is not working no longer.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sample CSV file with a tab delimiter.
2. Create an import (CSV) by selecting above above-created CSV file with tab delimiter. 

Expected Results

It should create the import configuration without an issue where same as it was before the platform migration.

Actual Results

Import configuration failed with following error. 

Workaround

Use the comma separator instead of the tab(\t) delimiter.
