Issue Summary

'My alerts' filter on the Alerts' list page is also showing alerts for teams my user is not a part of. 

When that filter is triggered it fetches the alerts list with the applyVisibilityFilter set to true. This filter results are returning alerts in it that I am not a Responder of nor part of the Team that is added as a Responder on that alert.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have multiple alerts populated in your instance across multiple Teams as Responders.
2. Navigate to Alerts' list page: https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/jira/ops/alerts
3. Select 'My alerts'.

Expected Results

Alerts are filtered out for only those that I am a Responder of or part of the Responder team on it.

Actual Results

There are a few alerts listed that I am not a Responder of nor part of the Responder Team on it.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
