Issue Summary
After migrating to new assets infrastructure, users with Users and Developers roles cannot add attachments to asset objects.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to an object and head to the section called "Attachments"
- Try to add the attachment either by drag and drop or by + symbol
- Adding attachment fails with an error "Failed to upload - There was an error while uploading your file."
- Change the role of the user to Manager and the attachment upload will work as expected.
Expected Results
Attachment is uploaded correctly.
Actual Results
The below exception is thrown in the UI:
Failed to upload - There was an error while uploading your file

Sorry, you do not have permission to perform this action.
Workaround
You can add the user to Manager role considering your use case. Please be aware of the permissions this role provides by navigating to the page here.
