Current State:

Currently, the "prepare for upcoming navigation changes" popup reoccurs every time a user navigates to another page within their Jira site. Since the popup overtakes the entire page, this is very disruptive to normal work.

Proposed Future State:

Ideally, this popup would only show up again only 24-72 hours after pressing the "remind me later" rather than on every new tab or page that is open.
