Issue Summary

When migration JSM from cloud site A site to a Cloud site B, There should be a way to reconnect our slack channels to Cloud site B in JSM in bulk, so we will not need to add the channels manually one by one.

Is it possible to do something in the backend from your side to make it happen or are there any best practices of doing so?

Workaround

Unfortunately, there is no direct feature available to bulk reconnect Slack channels to a new JSM site. Each channel typically needs to be connected manually. This is due to the way Slack channel IDs are stored and linked to specific Jira projects, which can cause issues when migrating between workspaces.

Workaround and Best Practices:

• Manual Reconnection: You will need to manually reconnect each Slack channel to the new JSM site. This involves:
• Adding the Atlassian Assist app to each channel.
• Configuring each channel to connect to the appropriate service project in your new JSM site.
