Current State:
When an incident is created in Operations, an alert is created. The incident-alert priority mapping is set under project settings --> Incident Management. However, there is no provision to prevent creation of Alerts for low priority incidents.
Proposed Future State:
For low priority incidents, we should have an option to not raise an alert.
Workaround:
Auto close alerts by configuring Close Alert action in Alert processing rules.
