      Issue Summary

      Disable "Do not disturb" in Jira mobile app not syncing to Jira personal settings.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In Jira mobile application, 
      2. Go to Notification settings
      3. Select "Do not disturb"
      4. Set snooze notifications

      Expected Results

      When setting "do not disturb" settings in Jira mobile app, settings should sync to Jira personal settings /jira/settings/personal/alert-notifications and reflect the same. 

      Actual Results

      When setting "do not disturb" settings in Jira mobile app, settings don't sync to Jira personal settings /jira/settings/personal/alert-notifications and reflect the same. ...
