We can use automation rules along with Workday but this requires a user account and password, so companies using SSO can't authenticate with their own accounts.

Allow users to authenticate in Workato via SSO.

Workaround

Create a Service Account that does not require SSO. For example, while using Atlassian Guard, you can have a policy that exempts users from having SSO enforced, such as this Service Account.
