Ability to edit and customise Standard Flow in Virtual Service agent

A change released as part of the fix on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-15635 might be the answer the customer needs

Update on this bug ticket:

1. The patch has been fully rolled out today. The changes will start appearing in a couple of hours.

3. We have started working on adding few more improvements based on the feedback we got. These improvements will make further improve the experience.
