Problem Description
If users are using any other language apart from English in Jira, they will receive an error while resolving the ticket via Assist. As per the article, it works only in English: https://atlassian.slack.com/marketplace/ADBM44F4G-atlassian-assist
Suggested Resolution
Support other Jira language settings other than English.
Why this is important?
Having this feature would allow smooth user experience between the 2 products. As of now, a user can only resolve the work item from Jira directly
Workaround (if any)
- Resolve the work items from Jira
- Use English language in Jira
