Current State:
When the customer create a request by using JSM Chat(Assist) in Microsoft teams, it is not possible to attach files simultaneously.
So the customer must upload an attachment file on the ticket afterward in Microsoft teams. This operation is very time-consuming.
Proposed Future State:
It would be better to add attachment files when raising a request in Microsoft teams.(Assist)
