Add the ability to change the default setting to Automatic work item for Chat/Assist

      Current State:

      Currently, when a new request channel is created for Chat, the default setting is Manual work item creation.

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be helpful to have the option to change the default setting to Automatic work item creation when a new request channel is created.
