Ability to change order of sites upon ticket creation in Teams for Chat/Assist

      Current State:

      Currently, when more than one site is connected to a Teams instance for Chat, the order of the site selection is alphabetical. 

       

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be beneficial to have the option to rearrange this order, as some sites are used more frequently than others.
