Ability to update the Calendar dynamically when changes are made in the on-call schedules.

Currently, Jira Service Management allows exporting on-call schedules as static .ics files, which require manual re-export and re-import into third-party calendars like Google Calendar whenever changes occur. This process is cumbersome and prone to errors.
