Issue Summary

When linking work items to another work item, the linked work items are not getting displayed in the Queue view:

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a service project, link a work item to another work item.
2. Then navigate to that service project's queue for all work items.
3. make sure you can see the 'Links' column on that queue.
4. Scroll to the work item you just linked on that queue.

Same can be reproduced by executing bulk action on queues.

Expected Results

The linked work item to that should be mentioned under links.

Actual Results

The database does not update columns that refreshes queues real time, and links are visible after queues manual refresh, by full page refresh or navigating to the different page and back.

Workaround

Perform a hard refresh (ctrl+f5 or cmd+shift+r) of the Queues page to view the links.
