Issue Summary
In small resolutions, like laptop screen, the "Actions" column is not shown in the Request Types screen:

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to a Service Project > Request Types
- Make sure you are in a laptop or smaller resolution
- scroll to the right
Expected Results
See the Actions column (3-dot icon)
Actual Results
Column is not shown
Workaround
Using a bigger screen like an external monitor will render the Actions column.
To see it in smaller screens, you need to click on the "View Settings" button, located at the same Request Types screen, then, uncheck the Work type and Workflow toggles; this will show the Actions column.
