Allow adding custom fields created from Forge apps to be added to the Customer Portal

      Issue Summary

      Custom fields created from Forge applications cannot be added directly to the Customer Portal. However, they are available for use in the Agent view.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a custom field using a Forge app
      2. Try adding the custom field to the Request Type configuration
      3. Notice that the field is only available in the Agent view, and not in the Customer Portal

      Suggestion

      Allow adding custom fields created from Forge apps to be added to the Customer Portal

      Workaround

      Currently, there are no workarounds for this behavior
