Current State:

Currently, there are two options for portal account creation:

• Don't allow customers to create their own accounts
• Allow customers to create accounts

If "Allow customers to create accounts" is enabled, customers will be able to create their own accounts without admin approval.

If "Allow customers to create accounts" is enabled with specific domains , customers from the domains will be able to create their own accounts without admin approval and customers outside the domains will not be able to create accounts.

Proposed Future State:

Create an option that allows customers to sign-up but require an admin approval. This will grant the admins greater flexibility in approving/declining requests per customer basis.
