Issue Summary
When trying to Raise a Request via an external Shared Slack channel using the ticket emoji, after clicking on "Raise a Request" and providing the Request type, customers don't have the option to create tickets.
The Request type fields are not loaded, and the "Submit" button isn't displayed, only the "Cancel" button is available.
Steps to Reproduce
- This behavior is inconsistent and hard to reproduce.
- It seems to occur because in some environments Slack is sending the wrong TeamId and not the one where the integration is related, causing the behavior, which makes it not possible to raise tickets.
Expected Results
Request type fields would be loaded and you can create tickets.
Actual Results
The fields are not loaded and you can't raise the request.
Workaround
In some cases, this issue only occurs when there's multiple request types associated with the Request channel, associating a single request type may allow the ticket creation.
