Issue Summary
Currently , eventhough the agent email account existed in both Slack and Jira , when agent added a comment through Slack , Portal or Jira , the comment shown as added by Assist instead on the agent account.
Steps to Reproduce
- Connect JSM project chat to Slack
- Raise ticket through Slack in request channel
- Agent add a comment from agent channel / portal / Jira
Expected Results
Comment added to Slack thread shown as the agent account
Actual Results
Comment added to Slack thread and shown as Assist
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
Note : If Slack account email not matched with the JIRA account , it is expected for it to show as Assist , but for this bug , its otherwise.
