Issue Summary

In the assets new user interface (Assets as an app UI) left pane appears when the page is refreshed while the sidebar is collapsed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the "Collapse sidebar" in assets UI. Now, we can see only two panes.
2. Refresh the page. The collapsed sidebar appears again automatically.

Expected Results

keep the sidebar collapsed when the option is selected even though the page is refreshed

Actual Results

In the assets new user interface (UI) left pane appears when the page is refreshed while the sidebar is collapsed.
