Ability to update JSM Operations role assignment in bulk or assign role to user group

      Current State:

      Admins can change the user roles for JSM operations.

      • Jira setting > [Products] > Operations [Role assignment]

      Currently, it only allows to update each user's role and there is no option to update user role in bulk.

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be better if there is an ability to update the user role in bulk, or ability to assign operations user role for user groups

       

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):

      For custom role, admin can use the following API.
