Issue Summary
When Escalation adds a responder, some fields are empty and this causes a null responder message in the comments
Steps to Reproduce
- Create Sync to update incidents/alerts
- Team1 has a routing rule routes to escalation1
- escalation1 routes the alert to Team2
Expected Results
We should see a message on the incident where a Responder is added
Actual Results
We see "[Sync] null added responder: null to alert:" messages in the comments on the incident.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
