Issue Summary
When having the Google drive for Slack and sharing files/links, the JSM Chat integration may return the following error:
One or more replies failed to sync with the jira issue.
This is an inconsistent behavior that doesn't happen all the time
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Google drive for Slack
- Have a JSM Chat channel with autimatic ticket creation/or virtual agent creation
- Share a message with a Google drive spreadsheet link
Expected Results
The message is generated and the JSM Chat starts a thread.
Actual Results
The JSM Chat may return, in some cases, the following error:
One or more replies failed to sync with the jira issue.
