      Problem Definition

      When migrating a portal-only account for JSM, an email is sent for target accounts.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Portal only account
      2. Migrate it to Atlassian Account per Migrate a portal-only customer to Atlassian account
      3. Check the email inbox of the migrated account.

      Workaround

      There is currently no workaround available.
