Hi team,
Please consider having the option to customize Incoming Route rule > Incoming call configuration so that for a certain routed participant the Select when to notify on incoming call can be different for different participants.
For example:
Customize it so that for a certain routed participant, Select when to notify on incoming call is On voicemail left, while the other routed participants use the Immediately option.
Currently, a workaround could be to create separated Incoming Route rules to set different options for each participant.
