When you have a attachment field within FORM and add an attachment while submitting the FORM you will see the name of the file correctly within the FORM submitted. Now if you export the FORM as a PDF the name of the attachment within the FORM comes with alphanumeric characters.

Solution Required

The exported FORM should have the name same as the aatchment.
