Issue Summary
If HIPPA is enabled for the JSM product via adminHub, VSA AI Answers will not return a response.
Steps to Reproduce
- Run a test conversation, with a working response sourced from an AI Answers KB article.
- https://admin.atlassian.com/
- Select the organisation
- -> Compliance -> HIPPA -> complete enable flow
Expected Results
Conversation sources a response from KB articles as normal
Actual Results
No response is found from KB article sources.
Workaround
Turn off HIPPA for JSM
