Enabling HIPPA breaks AI Answers

      Issue Summary

      If HIPPA is enabled for the JSM product via adminHub, VSA AI Answers will not return a response.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Run a test conversation, with a working response sourced from an AI Answers KB article.
      2. https://admin.atlassian.com/
      3. Select the organisation
      4. -> Compliance -> HIPPA -> complete enable flow

      Expected Results

      Conversation sources a response from KB articles as normal

      Actual Results

      No response is found from KB article sources.

      Workaround

      Turn off HIPPA for JSM
