Issue Summary

Attachments added via forms are not being copied to linked issues in the JSW project.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a form and add an "Attachment" field.

• Set up an automation rule to create issues in a JSW project, intending to copy attachments from the current issue.

• Submit a ticket through the portal and attach a file.

• Observe that the ticket created in the JSW project does not contain the attachment originally uploaded in the JSM ticket.

Expected Results

Attachments should be copied to the newly created JSW ticket.

Actual Results

Attachments are not being copied to the JSW ticket, only remaining in the JSM ticket.

Workaround

Include a delay action before the "Issue Created" action in the automation rule.
