Issue Summary

There are some inconsistencies when updating the Display name for some of the form fields.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a form field (ex : Dropdown) and link to the Jira field.
2. Add the Display name (Ex : Total number of Mobile Phone required)
3. Save changes and refresh the page.
4. Change the Display name. (Total number of Desktops required)

Expected Results

The new display name should be reflected.

Actual Results

It didn't change the display name.

Workaround

Remove the field and add a new one.
