Issue Summary
Certain links, specifically those to Overview pages and blog posts, are not functioning correctly in JSM KB articles. Instead of keeping users within the JSM KB interface, these links redirect them to the original Confluence pages.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Confluence page and designate it as the Overview page for a space, or create a blog post.
- Include these links on a Confluence page to make them clickable in the KB view.
- When clicked, the link redirects to the Confluence page.
Expected Results
- Clicking the links should keep users within the KB view in JSM.
- Customers should remain on the JSM KB page without being redirected to Confluence.
Actual Results
The links redirect customers to the Confluence page instead of staying within the JSM KB.
Workaround
Use links only for regular pages, avoiding links to blog posts or Overview pages.
