Issue Summary

The intents are not getting matched in conversations, in spite of having the exact text in the training phrase. The training phrases are designed to ensure similar phrases are matched to the intent. However, the exact phrase is not getting matched to the intent during conversations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new intent along with training phrases and confirmation question.
   
   
2.  Go to testing mode on your setup and begin a conversation.
3. Copy the training phrase and paste it in the conversation box. The intent does not get matched.
4. Repeat the above step with other training phrases and they do not get matched against the intent.
   

Expected Results

In a conversation, the text exactly matching the training phrases should be matched to the intent irrespective of the confidence levels

Actual Results

The text matching the training phrases are not matched and results in a repeatedly asking the customer for clarifying questions.

Notes

Easily reproducible in on 3 setups, at least.
