In a JSM Sync when the "Create and update issues against alerts created by integrations or other syncs" option is enabled and the Create Issue rule, has an Update action configured to add a comment when the alert is Acknowledged, and if the Alert was Acknowledged via the Slack integration, the comment on the Jira/Jira Service Management issue does not mention the user name of the user who acknowledged the alert via slack, rather it is capturing the Slack integration name in the following format:
"[Sync] <Slack Integration name> acknowledged alert: <Alert Message>".
It would be better to have the username of the User who Acknowledged the alert that having the Slack Integration name in the comment.
