Issue Summary

Ability to search summary of the issue that includes the special characters in order to link the incident to Alerts from the Alerts dashboard.

Steps to Reproduce

Created an Issue with Summary "Hello Team(Test)".
Navigate to Alerts > Select Alert > enter the summary.

Expected Results

The incident should be shown even if the special characters are included

Actual Results

Not able to search with special characters included in the Summary

Workaround

We should search for the subject escluding the special characters
