Issue Summary

Customers were able to add attachments under Alerts with JSM Standard Plan(Subordinate Opsgenie), but after the migration, they were asked to upgrade to add attachments.

Steps to Reproduce

Able to add attachments under Alerts for JSM-bundled Opsgenie

Unable to add attachments in the JSM-O standard plan

Expected Results

Able to add attachments in JSM-O standard plan as well

Actual Results

Unable to add attachments in the JSM-O standard plan

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
