Issue Summary
We're experiencing intermittent delays in syncing events between JSM Chat tickets and JSM work items, particularly during usage spikes. This affects various event types, including ticket creation, work item updates like transitions, and comments. The delays seem tied to queue usage spikes, resulting in slower propagation of updates to Slack or JSM depending on the origination of the event. This issue impacts timely communication and workflow efficiency between JSM and Slack integrations.
Steps to Reproduce
N/A (Delays are intermittent depending on queue usage spikes)
Expected Results
Work item events are synced in a reasonable timeframe (ideally occurring within a few seconds rather than stretching into many minutes)
Actual Results
Work item events take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to sync
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
