Alerts linked to non-incidents don't show on Linked Alerts when issue is changed to Incident category

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

When you create an alert, you can link it to a Jira Work Item that is not an Incident.

Since the Jira Work Item is not an Incident, the Linked Alerts field won't show up on the screens.

If you change the request type category of the Jira Work Item to Incident, the Linked Alerts field is available on the screens, but the alerts linked prior to this change don't show up.

      Suggestion
Show the alerts linked to the Jira Work Item before changing the request type to the Incidents category in the linked alerts field.
