Issue Summary

The Linked Alerts field is always displayed in the More Fields (Hide When Empty) section of the issue view, even when it contains values.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an ITSM JSM project
2. Edit a request type that belongs to the Incident category
3. Add the Linked Alerts field to the section Hide When Empty

Expected Results

The field is displayed in the More Fields section when it's empty.
When values are added to the field, it's displayed in the Details section.

Actual Results

The field is always displayed in the More Fields section, regardless of its content.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
