Currently, in JIRA Service projects, the Due Date field does not change color when overdue, making it harder to identify past-due issues at a glance.

In contrast, JIRA Software projects already support this functionality by turning the Due Date field red when the deadline has passed.

Implementing the same visual indicator in JIRA Service projects would improve visibility, enhance workflow efficiency, and help teams prioritize overdue tasks more effectively.
