Problem description:
- Currently when we use multi-select asset field on the customer portal and have multiple values selected, upon creating a ticket the value appears like: A, B, C. Whereas the issue view display the objects one below the other.
- When we used these field conditionally. i.e display the option to one field based on the previous field value, it is difficult to understand the mapping after the ticket is created. As the options are displayed as A, B instead of:

Suggestion:
- Having a unified format across the issue view and portal view would help avoid confusion when multiple options are selected on conditional basis.
