Improve performance of virtual service Agent response on JSM helpcenter portal

      Currently, when interacting with the virtual agent on the help centre portal, it takes around ~7s in the VA introduction response and ~ 20s to receive the first response.

      Please help improve the performance of the VA responses.

      Steps to Replicate:

      1. Go to https://<yoursite>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/<x>
      2. Click on "Chat with virtual service agent"
      3. In the conversation page, click on the chat box at the bottom and type your question
      4. Once you submit the question, it takes several seconds to respond.

      Expected Results:

      The VA response should be returned quickly (~10s - for ballpark)

      Actual Results:

      The VA response is returned in ~20s

      Workaround:

      None.
