[JSM Chat] Ability to include the username who raised the request via assist in the issue history (Jira view)

      At the moment when users raise tickets via Assist (Using Slack or Microsoft Teams), the issue created in Jira will display under the issue history that Assist created the ticket instead of the actual user who triggered the flow:

      It'd be preferable to include the actual username (Reporter) for something like:

      Atlassian Assist
      created the Issue on behalf of <<username>>

      Also, would it be helpful to access this information via a smart value, such as:

      {{creator.displayName}}
      

      Currently, the smart value returns the Assist system user instead of the user who performed the Raise Request action from Slack.
